These Rules and Terms of Service comprises the complete Agreement and Contract between you ("Member/Visitor") and (The Coca-Cola Export Corporation, Pakistan Branch) in relation to the service/s provided by Coca-Cola at its web site, http://www.cokestudio.com.pk ("the Site") and short code for mobile use 2653. By the registration process on web or through short code for mobile use, you bind yourself to the provisions of these Terms and Conditions of Service.
2. This scheme shall apply to the whole of Pakistan and shall be valid from 4th June 2009 to 31st Aug 2009
3. The decision of The Coca-Cola Export Corporation, Pakistan Branch regarding all matters pertaining to this scheme shall be final and binding
4. By participating in this contest on http://www.cokestudio.com.pk ("the Site") and short code for mobile use 2653, all participants are automatically bound by these terms and conditions and Rules and Regulations.
5. Each SMS sent by the user on short code 2653 will be charged at the rate of Rs. 5 plus applicable taxes. Consumers who download free GPRS content will be liable to pay regular GPRS charges as per their operator’s fees for the duration of GPRS use during the promotion period.
6. Unauthorised reproduction of any text, image or other material without the prior written permission of Coca-Cola, in any form whether printed or electronic, is strictly prohibited and violations will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law
7. All trade marks, copyright, emblems, designs, devices and concepts used in connection with the promotional campaign are the absolute property or are licensed to The Coca-Cola Export Corporation, Pakistan Branch.
8. The Coca-Cola Export Corporation, Pakistan Branch or its affiliates shall not assume any liabilities for any claims that may arise from or in connection with this scheme
9. All prizes will be subject to applicable withholding tax
10. By participating in the promotion or sending SMS to ‘2653’, user agrees that Coca- Cola Export Corporation can contact and send promotion/other SMS on their mobile phones.
11. The Coca-Cola Company may at any time discontinue the scheme and at any time revise these Terms and Conditions for any reason whatsoever by updating this posting. You are bound by any such revisions and should therefore periodically visit this page to review the then current Terms and Conditions to which you are bound.
12. Coca Cola Export Corporation, Mvergence Technologies and the various cellular operators participating in the promotion shall not in any manner be liable in case SMSs sent by customers to the dedicated account, or responses from Coca-Cola/Mvergence technologies to the customers are for any reason (including congestion or breakdown of the cellular operators’ respective networks) delayed or not received or delivered.
13. Every SMS actually received at 2653 will be confirmed by return SMS
Rules and Regulations
1. The contest is open to residents of Pakistan only.
2. Employees of Coca-Cola Beverages Pakistan Limited or The Coca-Cola Export Corporation, Pakistan Branch or Mvergence Technologies or Pak Media Com or Ogilvy & Mather and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in this scheme.
3. No purchase of any product is necessary to participate in this contest. You must, however, register on Coca-Cola website http://www.cokestudio.com.pk ("the Site") or through short code for mobile use 2653 to be eligible for prizes.
4. Multiple entries cannot be submitted for ‘100 ipods in 100 days’ Contest and each participant is only eligible to win one prize.
5. Entries can be submitted at any time by 31st Aug 2009, entries after the date specified will be disqualified.
6. Winners will be notified by sms on their mobile phone. If the Mobile Number provided in the Membership form is incorrect, invalid or otherwise unreachable for 7 days, the winner will be disqualified and the prize forfeited.
7. In order to be eligible to win a prize, participants must complete the form; incomplete forms will not be accepted. Incomplete entries (without the mandatory particulars) will be automatically disqualified.
8. The decision of Coca-Cola Export Corporation is final and no correspondence will be entertained
9. The organisers reserve the right to determine the delivery arrangements for all prizes.
10. Verification of identity is necessary for collection of prizes (i.e. Identity Card must be shown along with Mobile ICCID Number)
11. All prizes are not transferable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash or other products.
12. By participating in this contest, participants agree to be bound by the official rules and regulations of the organiser.
