Kaleem Khan was born in Lahore and is the son of Namdar Khan, another prominent musician. His father was his earliest inspiration, who influenced his musical taste and also taught him in the way of music. Interestingly, Kaleem has never played solo but has always performed within an orchestral arrangement, which makes Coke studio an ideal platform for the musician to showcase his talents.

Describing the Coke Studio experience he said, “It was a very enriching experience. Our talents will be showcased to a larger audience of people than was ever possible before. The management team was very supportive and of course Bilal and Faisal helped me a lot.” Kaleem Khan looks forward to being a part of the next season of Coke Studio.
