TCCEC, PB refers to The Coca‑Cola Export Corporation, Pakistan Branch, 27-Q, College Road, Gulberg II - Lahore, Pakistan.

The Coca‑Cola Export Corporation – Pakistan Branch, headquartered in Pakistan (the “Company”, “we”, “us”), has created this privacy notice for Our Sites to demonstrate its firm commitment to privacy and describes our practices regarding the privacy of information that we collect through Our Sites, which are operated from Pakistan. The following discloses the Company's information gathering and dissemination practices for the information collected through Our Sites.

This Privacy Notice is intended for persons who live in Pakistan and have registered on Our Sites. If a person lives outside Pakistan or is not registered on Our Sites, but chooses to use Our Sites connected with this Privacy Notice, shall do so at their own risk and take into consideration Section I of the Privacy Notice.

“Affiliates” refers to any direct or indirect parent, subsidiaries or affiliated companies of TCCEC,PB and shall include any authorized bottlers of The Coca‑Cola Company in Pakistan

“Personal Information” means any information from which an individual can be directly or indirectly identified and any other information associated with this information.

‘Our Sites’ refers to websites operated by TCCEC,PB through which personal information is collected (our “Websites”) and any mobile sites, applications, widgets and other mobile interactive features (collectively, our “Apps”), through our official social media pages that we control (our “Social Media Pages”) as well as through HTML-formatted email messages that we send to you (collectively, including the Social Media Pages, Apps and Websites, known as “Our Sites”).

“Sites” refers to all websites, Apps, social media pages amongst others which are not part of Our Sites. By using Our Sites and providing your personal information to us, you agree to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information by TCCEC,PB or its Affiliates as set out in this Privacy Notice. You must read this Privacy Notice before using Our Sites. Your use of Our Sites signifies that you agree with all terms of this Privacy Notice, so please do not use Our Sites if you disagree with any part of this Privacy Notice.

Our system logs may record certain information about visitors to Our Sites. This may include information, such as the web request, Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device and mobile ad identifiers, browser information, operating system, interaction with Our Sites, the time you accessed the site, your location, pages viewed, app usage, and other such analytical information.

The Company and its Affiliated Entities also collect "referrers" information, IP addresses and various environmental variables.

• A "referrer" is information the Web browser passes along to our web servers that references the URL from which you came.

• The "IP address" is a number used by computers on the network to identify your computer so that data can be transmitted to you.

• "Environmental variables" include, among other things, the domain from which you access the Internet, the time you accessed this site, type of Web browsers and operating system or platform used, the Internet address of the web site you left to visit Our Site, the names of the pages you visit while at this site, and the Internet address of the web site you then visit.

This information is collected for the Company’s internal use such as to adjust functionalities of the site according to the country from which you access the site, detect and pursue fraud, to enhance site security and performance or to capture the numbers of visitors to Our Sites that come from different geographic areas. If you are a non-registered user, this information is only used for statistical purposes on a non-personally identifiable basis and may also be shared with third parties on an aggregate and non-personally identifiable basis.

If you are a registered user, the information may also be used to detect broad demographic trends, to assist the Company in providing content tailored to your interests, and to otherwise enhance your experience on Our Site. This information may also be shared with third parties on an aggregate and non-personally identifiable basis.

You can accept and reject these technologies (except when necessary for the proper functioning of the App) by adjusting your Mobile phone settings.

Our Site may contain links to other Sites which are not operated by the Company. THE COMPANY IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PRIVACY PRACTICES OR THE CONTENT OF SUCH OTHER SITES, INCLUDING SITES OPERATED BY AFFILIATED ENTITIES. We provide such links only as a convenience, and the inclusion of a link on Our Site does not imply endorsement of the linked Site by the Company. If you provide any personal information through any such third party Site, your transaction will occur on such third party's Site (and not on this Site) and the personal information you provide will be collected by, and controlled by the privacy policy of, that third party. This is also valid in case, you decide to purchase a (merchandise) product via this site. Please note that we do not collect any of your payment related information, such as credit card number or bank account information. The payment provider you choose is the sole responsible party for the payment process.

2. SECTION FOR REGISTERED USERS (ONLY USERS BASED IN PAKISTAN)

1. COLLECTION AND USE OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

We may directly collect personal information about you, such as your

• first and last name,

• date of birth,

• gender,

• postal address and shipping address, in case you purchase a merchandise article, if this option is offered by the Company,

• telephone and mobile numbers,

• email address,

which you voluntarily provide to us while on this Site such as when you create an account, enter a competition, sign up for newsletters, participate in a survey, contact customer service, or otherwise interact with this website.

We may also receive your personal information from social media platforms, including your profile and user ID associated with your social media account, and any other information you allow the social network to share with third parties.

We may also collect information that is not Personal Information and we may also anonymize the Personal Information so that it no longer identifies you and we may use such information for our business purposes.

We may also collect information passively using various technologies such as system logs, cookies (see section I.), physical location using GPS information, web browser etc. for purpose of profiling and other legal purposes.

Your personal information may be used by us for all legal purposes, which may include, but are not limited to:

• responding to your requests,

• for administrative purposes such as conducting contests or sweepstakes,

• tracking which parts of the Site are of interest to you,

• We may also use your personal information for internal business purposes, such as optimizing Site experiences and analyzing and managing our businesses.

If you submit any Personal Information or other information relating to other individual(s) or otherwise in connection with Our Sites, you represent and confirm that you have the authority to do so and to permit us to use the Personal Information and/or other information in accordance with the Privacy Notice.

In addition to the above, TCCEC,PB may transfer your personal information overseas to our Affiliates and store such information in our or our third party servers located anywhere, including outside Pakistan.

2. SHARING OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

Except as provided in this Privacy Notice, TCCEC,PB will not sell, transfer or rent personal information about you to unaffiliated third parties

TCCEC,PB requires persons and companies to which it discloses personal information to restrict their use of such information to the purposes for which it has been provided by TCCEC,PB and not to disclose that information to others.  As TCCEC,PB does not control third parties we cannot accept responsibility for their privacy notices and practices of their Sites that are linked to Our Sites.

We may share your personal information with

• the local Coca-Cola Bottling Company (“Bottler”) with which we work for promotional activities, which may process, handle and fulfill an order, delivery of prizes of sweepstakes or any other promotional activities. For any further information about how your personal data are handled in the context of the Bottler’s activities, please read their Privacy Statement.

• Third Party vendors, like IT software, hardware and/or service providers

• Agencies, which help us setting up, maintaining and providing our services, such as responding to your requests when you contact us, promotions or personalized marketing messages.

• Our affiliates and companies in the Coca-Cola Group, who may use your information in a manner consistent with this Privacy Notice.

• Third Parties in case we run joint promotions with them.

• Any person for the legal purpose stated above;

• Third parties to fulfill your requests, such as when you choose to share your activities with your friends and contacts or for delivering prizes based on your participation in a promotion.

• Fulfillment partners to deliver purchased items.

• Purchaser, assignee or successor entity in connection with the sale of TCCEC,PB, a subsidiary or line of business associated with TCCEC,PB, or substantially all of the assets of TCCEC,PB or one of its subsidiaries, Affiliates or lines of business.

3. SPECIAL NOTE FOR PARENTS/GUARDIANS

TCCEC,PB takes seriously its obligations under the applicable legislation and guidelines protecting the personal information of children under the age of 18.

TCCEC,PB specifically instructs children aged under 18 not to submit personal information nor attempt to register on the Sites. TCCEC,PB encourages all parents to instruct their children in the safe and responsible use of the Internet.

4. PROTECTION OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

TCCEC,PB takes measures to prevent unauthorized intrusion in Our Sites and the alteration, acquisition or misuse of personal information by unauthorized persons. However, TCCEC,PB cautions visitors to Our Sites that no network, including the Internet, is entirely secure. Accordingly, we cannot be responsible for loss, corruption or unauthorized acquisition of personal information provided to Our Sites, or for any damages resulting from such loss, corruption or unauthorized acquisition.

We endeavor to keep your Personal Information accurate and up-to-date. However, you may correct it yourself via your account. We will delete the Personal Information that we hold about you when it is no longer needed, unless we are required to keep the data longer by law.

6. Cross border Transfers of Personal Data

To achieve the purposes described in this Privacy Notice, we may store or provide your personal and other information in countries outside of Pakistan, and you provide your consent for this to occur. Your data may be transferred to the following countries:

• Ireland

To ensure an adequate level of protection we apply appropriate contractual safeguards.

This Privacy Notice is the sole authorized statement of TCCEC,PB's practices with respect to the collection of personal information through Our Sites and the subsequent use and disclosure of such information. Any summaries of this Privacy Notice generated by third party software or otherwise shall have no legal effect, are in no way binding upon TCCEC,PB, shall not be relied upon in substitute for this Privacy Notice, and neither supersede nor modify this Privacy Notice.
